Electrolysis does not rely on pigment; it treats every hair and skin type with equal efficacy. Furthermore, electrolysis is a permanent removal, whereas laser is a long-term reduction.

The number of sessions depends on your hair growth cycles, the area being treated, and any underlying hormonal factors. Since hair grows in stages, multiple visits are necessary to catch every follicle in its active phase. During your consultation, we will create a personalized timeline to help you reach your goals efficiently.

You should not wax, thread, or pluck between sessions, as these methods can stimulate the root or disrupt the growth cycle we are trying to treat. However, you may shave the area as needed until your next appointment.

Electrolysis is safe for clients of almost any age, including teens. However, per our office policy, clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for their sessions.
