Office Policies

  • Payment & Methods

    Payment is due at the time of service. Guests may choose their preferred method of payment at checkout, though Credit Cards are preferred.

  • Arrival & Late Policy

    We kindly ask that you arrive 5–10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. While we will make every effort to accommodate late arrivals, please note that your service time may be adjusted to avoid disrupting other scheduled guests. The full price of the scheduled service will still apply.

  • Minors (Under 18)

    Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of their services.
